After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. This issue has popped up in the past with the NDS cards and V58 errors in 2015.. Back then Tivo did add some additional code to deal with the issue much like Silicon Dust did.
