The z3 head is practically the same as an a2 head. Its not hard. Just take the crv head off and put a new 87mm head gasket on it and put the z3 head on. You need the crv passenger passenger side mounting bracket. Keep the tranny mounts and axles. It won't run very well with the stock ecu. When you do an RSX TYpe S Oil Pump swap you need to relocate the filter to the location like k20z3. The k24z7 has the filter on the bottom part but the block is the same as the k20z3 and to relocate the filter is very easy just relocate the filter base by the plate that covers the other filter location. I think thats why Hondata was able to extract more power from the Z1 with the flash than the Z3 with equal mods, thats my guess.Scourge. The oil pressure switch IS different. You'll want to use the K20Z3 alternator as the water pump is closer to the K24's where the alternator mounts to. The coolant piping that leads to the heater core is also different.
