Curiosity more than anything since most of my devices use the 2.4 Ghz band. My Windows 11 desktop PC and smartphone are able to connect and use the 5 Ghz band. My smart TVs cannot because the KVD21 always (so far) selects a DFS channel which the TVs can’t access. The KVD21 also appears to be more of a budget device than the 5G21, construction wise. My guess is that t-mobile added the KVD21 not only to have an alternate source, but also to reduce costs. I'm pretty sure that the Nokia device costs t-mobile more than this Arcadyan devices does. Honestly, I've had the Arc, Sagecom, and the Nokia. Sagecom gave me the best speeds (20mbps higher than the Arc and Nokia) and the best ping. Got on the phone with TMO support, we eventually had to factory reset the extender and connected it via LAN to the TMO gateway.
