Leroy Risinger, 97, of Charleston, SC, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2023 at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. Mr. Risinger was born in Batesburg, SC and was the son of the late Oscar and Gussie Gant Risinger.
