I made a mistake, the final location of the map is the Saint Denis cemetery, the one before that is the tunnel. The first map you get is the cell at Limpany and the second one is at that tunnel, the reward is at the cemetery.I had the same issue after i failed to rob him. Gunsmith wouldn't show up on the map.
