The mount is the same on all Vinson's and the Vinson plow mount even fits my 2021 King Quad 750 (oil drain plug holes dont line up). Use impact wrench and remove the nut on front pully. remove the roller basket and hold it together so not to let the rollers fall to the ground. There is a sleeve and a washer/ring. Remove the washer ring. Put it back together.The 2nd gen King Quads are much different than the first gen, and the rear brake of the 2005+ King Quad is in the oil compartment of the rear gearcase. I realize this is a Suzuki site so might be biased. Going to look at an 06 King quad 700 in like new condition for $4000. Also looking at a Polaris 500 sportsman 2008 for the same price. I ride an LTZ 400 great quad but need more comfort. Wife rides a Polaris sportsman 500, it's ok.The valve seal was also a problem. The exhaust valve sit's in a pocket that allows oil to sit in it. That makes it easier for the oil to be sucked into the exhaust. Yes, the oil is being sucked into the exhaust when running. As the exhaust is blown through the exhaust port it creates a small vacuum on the valve guide area.Apr 22, 2014 · As for starting, try using the recoil starter with the decompression lever and see how the atv starts.
