Simply uninstalling Tinfoil and reinstalling didn't work, but I ended up deleting the entire Tinfoil folder and starting with a fresh download of Tinfoil from their website. After installing it worked. I had to re-set up the stores but it's working now. For me I had to update tinfoil I also updated my emunand to the latest update and that message went away and all my games now update properly.
